Refund policy

Please check that the goods you order are suitable for your needs, as P&M do not supply goods on a trial basis. We are very happy to advise on the suitability of the items being purchased, to suit your needs.

P&M take no responsibility that your purchase will suit your needs and do not refund or credit for incorrect choice.

No credit is available for any freight paid.

Return authorizations are valid only for 7 days from the day of order being sent, no goods will be accepted for refund or credit after 7 days from date of invoice.

P&M reserve the right to refuse any returns that:

        - Are not returned in their original packaging

        - Have been washed

        - Have any items missing

        - Show signs of damage to the product or packaging

        - Do not include a valid returns authorisation number
